This baby pull up diaper production line is specially designed for producing baby pull up diaper, which can producs four sizes: Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large. Baby diaper size change smoothly during the production, which saves the time and decrease the wastage of raw materials.

Our machine in production: 


This baby pull up diaper machine runs stably in customer's factory. Four sizes baby pull up diaper can be produced in this production line. 

The stable production speed is: 450-500PCS/min. 


Protection aluminium door is available. It provides protection during the production. 


Heavy raw materials feeding is off-line, raw materials outstanding holder equipped with servo motors to controll the material unwinding. The raw materials auto splicing is designed in this unit. Raw materials breaking is available in this system. Constant tension controll makex sure that the materials feeding stably and decrease the rejection rate. 


Elastic spandex feeding system, it supplys the elastic spandex for the elastic waistband, leg cuff and leakage protection. 



Reasonable and updated raw materials conveying system to ensure the production line stable running. Otherwise, it decreases the haedaches for the machine operators, and easy to maintain.
